The Chairman of the Board of the Internal Security Equipment Fair (IGEF), Mr Zeki Erdoğan, along with his accompanying delegation, paid an official visit to Group Captain Mr Umer Javed, TI (M), Defence and Air Attaché of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Republic of Turkey.
During the meeting, the scope, objectives, and strategic importance of the 2nd IGEF Fair—scheduled to take place in Ankara from 18 to 20 September 2025—were discussed in detail. Within IGEF’s vision to foster international cooperation in internal security and defense industries, views were exchanged on enhancing the longstanding and friendly relations between Turkey and Pakistan.
It was emphasized that the deep-rooted brotherhood ties between Turkey and Pakistan provide a strong foundation for developing comprehensive collaborations, particularly in internal security and defense.
