Please review the important details to consider while setting up your booth at the venue.

You can choose your booth space by selecting the square meters that suit your needs. Booth spaces are generally grouped into the following sizes:

  • 15-25 m²
  • 26-60 m²
  • 61-100 m²
  • Over 100 m²

Space allocation will be made based on your requested area. If the requested area is suitable, your allocation will be confirmed. You can request adjustments by contacting the organizing team if you need a different size.

Basic equipment and lighting will be provided for your booth by the event organizers. However, if you require additional lighting or equipment, please notify the event organizers in advance to ensure they are arranged for you.

When designing your booth, visual identity and brand consistency are of utmost importance. Your booth must comply with the event’s guidelines and safety regulations. Please ensure that your design adheres to these rules.

You are welcome to display logos, brochures, and other promotional materials at your booth. These materials must comply with the event regulations. Please inform the organizing team about your materials in advance to ensure proper placement and alignment.

For additional equipment, decoration, or special requests (extra lighting, technical equipment, etc.), you can submit your request to the event organizers either via the application form or direct communication. It is important to arrange any special requests well in advance.
