To attend the event, the age requirement is 18 years and older. Participants are required to provide necessary documentation (such as ID card, passport, etc.) for identity verification purposes. These documents are important for ensuring security and order at the event.

Event registration is only available online. After completing your application form, it may take a few business days for your registration to be approved. Once approved, you will receive an email containing your participation details.

No, on-site registration will not be available. You must complete your registration online in advance to ensure smooth and quick entry to the event.

Each participant will receive one entry badge. This badge is for personal use only and only registered participants will be allowed entry into the event area.

If your registration is rejected, you will be informed of the reason for rejection. You can make necessary corrections and reapply.

To ensure your registration is approved, please follow these steps:

  • Complete the registration form accurately and completely.
  • Submit the required documents (such as identity verification).
  • Wait for your registration to be approved. Once approved, you will receive your entry badge.

If a participant experiences a health issue at the event, please contact the health teams located within the venue. Health teams are available for any potential emergency situations.

Visa services are not provided with registration. However, for accommodation, the event organizers will direct participants to relevant hotels and agencies for booking arrangements. Accommodation requests can be made through these partners.
